    How much does an outplacement project cost?

    The costs depend on the package chosen – from compact support to premium support. It’s important to consider the bene­fits: an earlier or better start in a new posi­tion usually far outweighs the invest­ment. We would be happy to discuss the details in a confi­den­tial initial consul­ta­tion.

    Who pays for outplacement in a termination agreement?

    Ideally, the employee nego­tia­tes outpla­ce­ment bene­fits in the termi­na­tion agree­ment. The company then covers the costs directly or reim­bur­ses them retroac­tively. Early coor­di­na­tion during the sepa­ra­tion process is advi­sa­ble.
